There is parking at the studio but it is limited. Car sharing, public transport and cycling to the studio is encouraged where possible.

Yes – the studio has a place to lock bikes up securely and cycling is encouraged.

The kitchen is open and stocked with tea, coffee, oat milk and sugar. It has a microwave, fridge, bowls, plates and cutlery to use. We do not currently have a vending machine or snacks and please be aware that local food options are limited.

Unfortunately smoke machines are not permitted.

If outside the trading estate, there is a buzzer on the gate to ring a member of staff. If inside, there is an exit button to the left of the gate.

Areas of the studio are accessable by wheelchair but unfortunately our current toilet facilities are not wheelchair accessible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and we'll be looking to improve on this when possible.

Factory Studios offers regular rehearsal sessions but unfortunately cannot offer permanent spaces.

Payments for rehearsals must be taken in advance via the website booking system. We can also take card machine payments for additional advance bookings or last minute equipment requirements at the desk.

Availability for rooms can be checked on the online booking system. Our 3 largest rooms are only available for bookings 1 month in advance.

Discount codes can be applied during the booking process. Promotions will happen via and our socials, so be sure to follow us and sign up to our newsletter!

Yes! We do offer regular/recurring slots at the studio, but only in our medium sized rooms. Discounts are available for bands that sign up like this, so email info@factorystudios.co.uk or give us a call for more information.

We reserve our multi-purpose spaces more than 4 weeks in advance to accommodate for extended pre-production bookings, film and video. Apologies if this causes any inconvenience but if you are interested in using the spaces for film or video we do offer discounts for bands - email info@factorystudios.co.uk or give us a call today.

1x Drum Kit (minus snare and cymbals), 1x Guitar Amp, 1x Bass Amp, 1x SM58, 1x XLR, 1x Mic Stand, 1x PA and Speakers. Additional equipment is available on request.

Additional equipment can be requested via the website when booking the rehearsal online as well as at the desk at the studio.

Yes, we have a number of in-house engineers that can record your session.

Yes, recording with your own engineer is permitted.

Factory Studios work closely with a specialized mastering company, please get in touch to find out more.

Yes, we offer a short session of 2.5 hours, but this isn't bookable through the Online Booking System. So please email info@factorystudios.co.uk to enquire.

Yes, we offer large storage lockers 7ft x 5ft wide x 7ft deep and medium lockers 5ft wide x 3.5 deep. The larger lockers have 24 hour access. Please email us to find out more.
